1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any website, platform, product, or service operated by Red Bag Productions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “the User”) and Red Bag Productions. They apply to all visitors, registered users, premium members, customers, and affiliates.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use our Services, create an account, make purchases, or enter into a membership subscription. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” shall include that entity.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements or if you have previously violated these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Creating an Account
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
4.3 One Account Per Person
Unless expressly authorised, each individual may maintain only one account across our platforms. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotions, or violate these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
4.4 Account Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account settings on the relevant platform. Account closure does not automatically cancel active subscriptions or entitle you to a refund for any prepaid fees. Please refer to the applicable cancellation and refund sections below.
5. Premium Membership Websites
5.1 Membership Subscription
Premium memberships grant you access to restricted content, features, and resources on our membership websites for the duration of your active subscription. Membership tiers, pricing, and included benefits are described on the relevant membership sign-up page and may vary between platforms.
5.2 Billing and Renewal
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan you select). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method (including PayPal) at the start of each billing cycle. Renewal charges are processed automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to membership content until your current paid period expires. No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your membership, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the next billing cycle. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
5.5 Membership Content and Access
Membership content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, redistribute, reproduce, or make available any membership content to non-members or third parties. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove membership content at any time without prior notice.
5.6 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, share your account with others, or redistribute membership content. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
All memberships renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account dashboard or your PayPal recurring payments settings.
6. eBook Store and Digital Publications
6.1 Purchasing eBooks
When you purchase an eBook or digital publication from our store, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and read the eBook for your personal, non-commercial use. You do not acquire ownership of the eBook itself; you acquire a licence to use it under these Terms.
6.2 Delivery and Downloads
eBooks are delivered digitally and made available for download through your account immediately upon successful payment. Download links remain accessible through your account dashboard for the lifetime of your account. We may impose reasonable limits on the number of times an eBook can be downloaded or the number of devices on which it can be accessed.
6.3 Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share purchased eBooks with any third party.
- Upload eBooks to any file-sharing platform, torrent site, or public repository.
- Remove, alter, or circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) protections applied to eBooks.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any eBook without prior written consent.
- Use eBooks for any commercial purpose, including resale, public display, or performance.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access, download, or collect eBook content.
6.4 Refund Policy for eBooks
Due to the digital nature of eBooks, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or downloaded. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- The eBook file is corrupted, unreadable, or materially different from its product description.
- A duplicate purchase was made in error (verified by our records).
- A technical issue on our end prevented successful delivery.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where evidence suggests the eBook has been fully consumed or downloaded prior to the request.
6.5 Content Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that eBook descriptions, previews, and product information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free. eBooks are provided “as is” and any reliance on the information within them is at your own risk.
By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that may otherwise apply under consumer protection laws, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Digital Software Products
7.1 Software Licence Grant
When you purchase a software product from Red Bag Productions, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software in accordance with the licence type you purchased (e.g. single-site, multi-site, or developer licence). You do not acquire ownership of the software; all intellectual property rights remain with Red Bag Productions.
7.2 Licence Types and Activation
Each software product specifies the licence type and the permitted number of installations or activations. You must activate the software using the licence key provided at the time of purchase. Exceeding the permitted number of activations constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in licence revocation.
| Licence Type | Permitted Use |
|---|---|
| Single-Site Licence | Installation and use on one (1) website or device owned or operated by you. |
| Multi-Site Licence | Installation and use on up to the number of websites or devices specified at purchase. |
| Developer Licence | Installation and use on unlimited websites or devices owned or operated by you or your clients, subject to any additional terms specified at purchase. |
| Subscription Licence | Access to the software for the duration of an active subscription, including updates and support. Access ceases upon subscription expiry or cancellation. |
7.3 Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software product.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software without prior written consent.
- Redistribute, sublicence, lease, rent, or transfer the software or your licence key to any third party.
- Share licence keys publicly or with unauthorised users.
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding within the software.
- Use the software to build a competing product or service.
7.4 Updates and Support
Software products may include access to updates, patches, and technical support for a specified period (typically 12 months from the date of purchase, or for the duration of a subscription). After this period, you may continue to use the last version you downloaded but will not receive further updates or support unless you renew your licence or subscription.
7.5 Software Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for software products, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted via our support team within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- You must demonstrate that you experienced a genuine technical issue that our support team was unable to resolve.
- Refunds will not be granted if the software has been used extensively, deployed on production systems, or if the request is made solely because you changed your mind.
- Upon refund, your licence key will be deactivated and you must uninstall and cease using the software immediately.
7.6 Licence Revocation
We reserve the right to revoke your software licence without refund if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to redistributing the software, sharing licence keys, circumventing licence restrictions, or using the software for unauthorised commercial purposes.
We may use licence validation technology to verify that the software is being used in compliance with your purchased licence type. This may involve periodic server checks that transmit your licence key and domain or device information.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on our websites are in the currency specified on the product or checkout page. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, except where a price change affects an existing subscription (see Section 5.4).
8.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider in addition to these Terms.
8.3 PayPal Transactions
When you pay via PayPal, the transaction is processed by PayPal in accordance with their User Agreement. We receive confirmation of payment but do not have access to your full financial account details. Any disputes relating to PayPal payment processing should be directed to PayPal in the first instance, though we encourage you to contact our support team so we can assist in resolving the matter.
8.4 Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails (for example, due to insufficient funds, expired card, or a PayPal authorisation issue), we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we may suspend or downgrade your access until the outstanding balance is resolved.
8.5 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we will collect and remit sales tax, VAT, or GST on your behalf, and the applicable amount will be displayed at checkout.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Intellectual Property
All Content available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, eBooks, software, code, data compilations, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of Red Bag Productions or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence to Users

If you believe that any content on our Services infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact details, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
